Congratulations on talking the first steps toward recovery. Talking to a stranger about your challenges may seem awkward and downright uncomfortable at first. This is normal and to be expected, but if done with someone you can trust and in a respectful and safe environment, what once seemed difficult can be properly dealt with. I truly believe everyone has within themselves the power to move beyond their challenges and have seen many successful outcomes with others I have worked with.

Everyone is unique and possesses distinctive strengths and talents. I like to collaborate with my clients in finding these potentials and then utilizing them to effect personal change and transformation. Our work together will be unique and catered to your specific needs since no single approach to therapy is best.

My passion is in seeing you overcome whatever is limiting you from reaching your full potential in life. My creed is Universal Brotherhood and I like to live by the motto of "succeeding through others." Whatever the problem may be, taking this first crucial step is the start to placing you on the path you want to be in. I have personally traveled down this path before and have done my own personal work and transformation. This is why I respectfully feel I am in a position to guide you.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Therapy is the process of working with a professional you can trust to guide you in exploring the depths of yourself, the difficulties you have encountered, and what is preventing you from being the person you want to be. The relationship between you and the therapist is the most poignant factor to consider since trust, respect, and being in a safe environment will allow you to start the process of regaining control over your life. In exploring yourself and the problems you are trying to address, you may find it challenging at times to address certain issues; however, I have worked with many individuals who have walked down this road before and with the proper support, you will find you will also able be able to confront what once seemed insurmountable.
