I have a strong belief that everyone has the capacity and capability for insight, growth, and change. My role in the process is to listen non-judgmentally, help the client identify the presenting problems, and assist them to explore and examine their maladaptive thoughts in order to facilitate changing those thoughts, thus changing their behaviors to those which are more successful.

More Info About My Practice

Because I value confidentiality and privacy and believe that the client's therapy should be guided by the client and not by an insurance company, I offer self-pay options for my clients. I will gladly present the client with a receipt for my services which can then be submitted to an insurance company, if desired.
