Welcome! You have already started your journey in feeling some relief just by looking for someone to help. Congratulations that's awesome! Do you find that you are losing sleep at night worrying about the direction you are going, your work situation or your family? Know that you are not alone in that many people almost millions of people struggle with angst and stress. What makes you different is your curiosity in wondering if things can be different for you, and they can be even if you don't believe that to be true 100% right now.

As a therapist, I truly believe each person is on their own journey. On this journey called life, it can sometimes be helpful to have someone to assist you as you navigate coping with typical life stressors, healing from the past, or in dealing with any road block that may be causing you stress or causing you to feel stuck. My approach to healing is to meet you where you are at in your process where you can express your thoughts, ideas or feelings in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.

I am all about helping you "Create Your Best Self" and working together to help you create the kind of life you desire and deserve. My approach is one of active listening, offering feedback and collaborating with you on plan that you feel good about all in an effort for you to reach your goals or to help you get on a path that brings you clarity and peace.

I also help people recover from past issues related to abuse and neglect. I also help people that are adjusting to the here and now, whether it's dealing with a career issue, relationship issue, substance abuse issue or other life transitional periods (beginning college, post divorce recovery, retirement, career changes, relocating, etc.), as well grief/loss and bereavement.
