As a psychologist, I truly believe each person is on their own journey. On this journey called life, it can sometimes be helpful to have a guide to help assist you as you navigate either healing from the past or in your struggle with the current roadblocks that may be causing you stress or causing you to feel stuck. My approach to healing is to meet you where you are at in your process in a safe, warm and empathic environment. I am all about helping you "Create Your Best Self".

More Info About My Practice

I am a clinician with more than 12 years of experience counseling clients in community, hospital, medical, and private clinical settings. I have extensive experience working with veterans, and am a former employee of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
