I believe in people's ability to reach within and tap into their God given resources, when provided with the safety of a non-judgmental, authentic and compassionate patient-therapist relationship. In my experience of helping many people with anxiety disorders, such as panic, phobias and trauma, as well as depression, addictions and anger management, patients are propelled into overcoming current obstacles and past barriers when they are skillfully and genuinely guided into a journey of change. They confront their limitations, and establish a balance between acceptance and growth.
As a Nationally Certified Counselor, I have the expertise of working with individuals (children, adolescents & adults) as well as couples, families and groups, using such techniques as CBT, EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy with Hypnosis, Mindfulness, SITCAP, etc. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to work with couples on relationship management. I also enjoy working with parents and children targeting behavioral issues and academic challenges. We also provide Christian Counseling and Coaching
In addition I lead three annual groups with a focus on Anger Management ("From Angry to Strategic"), Marriage Counseling ("Caring for your Marriage") and Relationship Management ("Single and Thriving") where people are given the opportunity to receive the support and feedback of others as they learn, adopt and put into play more effective patterns of behaving and relating.

What Makes up a Problem?
People's ways of processing information, that is thinking, perceiving, retaining and retrieving information as well as behaving and facing up to different challenges in life are a product of their innate predispositions as well as their life experiences. The latter include the influence of key relationships and important situations in a person's life, especially his or her early years which can leave strong impressions that may still be read as if they were happening today at some level. Gaining insight into all of these influences can help us adopt a comprehensive approach to help individuals address areas of limitation and file away information that is no longer relevant, while simultaneously empowering them with tools to best utilize their God given human resources.
