More Info About My Practice

My standard fee is $140.00 per session. I have some flexibility with that, however, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income. I will work with you to help you find what you need.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I work with individuals, couples and families including children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience with individuals exploring issues of faith and spirituality and related identity conflicts. I also specialize in working with adolescents and their families and the many challenges that arise throughout this phase of family life.

Additionally, I have 15 years experience working with families impacted by special needs resulting in social, emotional and behavioral challenges. I am passionate about working with all members of the family to help create a cohesive family life where each member feels heard and valued, and their needs are met.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I find it an honor to journey alongside others toward freedom. I desire to provide a safe place where clients can explore and feel heard. It can take tremendous courage to allow yourself to invest in your emotional well-being and invite someone else into that process. I believe it is a great gift and responsibility to accept that role in someone's life and I hold that gift with great respect and care. My own journey in therapy was tremendously life-giving, and I strive to provide the type of experience for others that my therapist provided for me.
