My Approach to Helping

I enjoy helping people to improve how they feel about themselves and their lives by working through their adversities. My focus is on trauma, depression, anxiety, and other issues that can get in the way of a satisfying and happy life. Through a compassionate and supportive environment people can overcome past trauma and the negative effects it can have on self-worth and beliefs about the world.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am trained in EMDR Therapy which is an evidence based approach to treating Trauma in addition to Attachment, Chronic Pain, and other issues that can affect a person negatively.
