We can work together to achieve your goals. People have the strength to make changes in life but sometimes we need help to create the energy and motivation to reach our full potential and optimal self. I believe that self-awareness is a major tool in overcoming difficulties that we encounter in our lives and therapy can help us go through this process. Therapy is powerful and can provide a healing process for everyone. Providing a safe and healing therapeutic environment and supporting your efforts at making changes or adjustments in life, will be a focus in providing treatment for you.
I use an eclectic approach to treatment by using an array of techniques and interventions, including but not limited to expressive art, relaxation through body and breathing, talk therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. People come in different shapes, sizes, and colors, and I strongly believe in acceptance of diversity.
I look forward to meeting with you. Contact me for a free consultation and we can work together to plan the best mode and style of therapy that fits who you are and will provide the best results for you.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy can help you with anything that is causing barriers in your life. It can provide a safe space for you to express your thoughts and emotions to assist with the healing process.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to provide a healing and safe environment for those seeking help, support, guidance, and change. Psychotherapy can help alleviate symptoms that are hindering a quality of life that you want. I also believe psychotherapy works as a catapult to send you to a place in life that is fulfilling, loving, supportive, caring, and accepting of YOU.
