Do you feel misunderstood by your partner, family or children? Are you frustrated by feelings of isolation? Do you want to increase your ability to be more effective with others?

I help my clients find a clearer understanding of themselves and the people in their lives. Our work together can help you feel known and understood by the people that matter to you the most. Your relationships have the potential to become a source of great joy, satisfaction, happiness, safety and strength.

When working with couples, I assist and facilitate the development of a strong connection between them, effective communication and improved cooperation that results in achieving more closeness and affection. Our work can help you understand which patterns of relating to one another damage your relationship, and which skills you can develop that will allow you to achieve a more successful, secure and solid bond.

Understanding these challenges and building upon effective skills will help you create a close and loving relationship no matter what challenges you are faced with. Couples who work with me are looking to improve issues that they struggle with that have harmed their relationships such as anxiety, eating disorders, grief, infertility, depression, illness, infidelity, loneliness, low self-esteem, and isolation.

I will work with you to show you and your loved ones how to repair relationship wounds and learn how to break free of stuck patterns. If your relationship is just "okay" and you want more, or if you need help solving a specific challenge or a past hurt, I welcome your email or call, and I look forward to hearing your story.
