I help adolescents, adults, and couples establish connection and find balance. My clients and I work together to identify and communicate what they want and what they need.

My training has led to a deep interest in helping individuals address eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, loneliness, and relationship difficulties. I am warm, compassionate, and genuinely committed to my client's well-being. The collaborative and trusting relationships my clients and I form lay the foundation for finding solutions that create and promote connection and balance.

Within the context of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, we can identify your needs and goals. Building on your strengths, we can collaborate in identifying patterns that are no longer working and integrate new approaches. Working to reach your fullest potential.

More Info About My Practice

Group psychotherapy affords individuals with the opportunity to develop healthy, supportive relationships and networks. The group setting also offers a venue to experiment with new approaches and patterns giving way to the confidence and awareness needed to leave behind self-sabotaging patterns. I offer a variety of psychotherapy groups. I encourage you to reach out with a call or an email for more information.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love being a psychotherapist because I am afforded the opportunity to support my clients in connecting with the strength and resilience that already exists within them. When we are experiencing difficulties in our lives it is easy to disconnect from ourselves and all that we have to offer. I genuinely enjoy the process of getting to know each of my clients and connecting with their unique qualities, strengths, and skills. I love reflecting what I see and hear back to my clients providing data to support them in connecting and reconnecting with themselves and others. The best part of this process is hearing clients use their voices in new ways often resulting in developing deeper relationships and more confidence.
