It is my responsibility to provide an environment where my patients feel comfortable AND NOT JUDGED so that I can figure out what they need to get better and together we can understand what gets in the way.
When your inner world feels out of balance, it's time to talk. Sometimes sadness or worry sends up a red flag and lets you know when you need support. Other times you might feel lonely or disconnected and not certain how to make things right. These are great opportunities to get to know yourself better. The key to a successful therapy experience begins with a sincere, empathic, and authentic connection between client and therapist. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they are able to explore their most pressing concerns.
I accept:
APS Healthcare
BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
Inclusive Healthcare
United Health Care (UBH)
