My theoretical approach to psychotherapy is developmental and psychodynamic. I tend to work relationally and am often told by clients that they appreciate that I engage with them in session. I am also influenced by the existential and humanistic traditions.

One of my specializations is in MBT (mentalization based treatment). This is an evidence based approach that was developed originally to help with personality disorders, but I have found it to be efficient in producing lasting and effective change more generally.
