For over 25 years I have counseled children and families on the emotional and behavioral challenges they face in society and school. I have an extensive background as a counselor and educator that provides me with a unique perspective and advanced understanding of the dynamics involved in schools. I am especially interested in the challenges faced by minority children and minority males in schools and society and in helping them overcome these challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor. I offer a free consultation visit and accept insurance as an Out of Network Provider. I also offer a sliding scale fee to qualified families and I'm willing to accept payments on a bi weekly or monthly basis to make counseling affordable for all.
