I offer a free initial session to invite you to experience what it's like to work with me. My approach to helping is to access my most wholehearted, wise, genuine, and compassionate self, and connect with you from a place of service. I will meet you where you are and listen with care and curiosity to what you're seeking. I offer my wisest and truest self as your ally, guide, collaborator, teacher, witness-bearer, supporter and champion. I join a compassionate heart with a deeply analytical mind to uncover what's needed to help you heal, gain clarity, and thrive.

In the process I will help you be at home in your own skin, in your connection with others, and in the world.
