I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with over ten years experience helping adults, children, teenagers, couples, and families who are struggling with a variety of conflicts and problems. I utilize non-judgmental support so that clients can safely explore issues they have been unable to resolve on their own. My approach is designed to help individuals, couples and families navigate unresolved problems, conflicts, and emotional pain. My intent is to always provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment, so that every client may achieve a pronounced sense of peace and fulfillment in their lives and in their relationships.

My therapeutic style is supportive, non-judgemental and interactive, and my objective is to assist you in engaging life in a richer, more meanigful way by creating goals that are individualized and highlight your strengths. Helping redefine balance and promoting a greater understanding about living as fully, authentically, and compassionately as possible is my hope for every individual, couple and family that I encounter.

I am most interested in helping adults, teenagers, couples and families navigate and overcome the problems and issues that have them feeling stuck, frustrated, misunderstood and alone.
Clinically, I have over ten years experience providing help to those who are struggling with a wide range of issues including but not limited to addiction, anger, anxiety, career and life coaching, depression, divorce and seperation, grief and loss, guilt, intimacy and sexuality, life transitions, OCD, parenting, PTSD, relationships, self-esteem and confidence, stress, substance abuse, trauma, and wellness.

Psychotherapy provides a unique and safe place for individuals, couples, and families to be heard and understood. It is about forging a relationship based on trust, honesty and authenticity.
