More Info About My Practice

Our office is conveniently located by the interstate, and we also share our space with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, which is helpful for the clients that require medication treatment. Our practice offers sessions in "Relaxation Room", where you can practice meditation, relaxation, deep breathing in a specially designed room. Great for Trauma, Anger management, Substance Abuse, Mood Disorders, and many more!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My passion is working with young adults who struggle with Depression, Anxiety and/or Addictions. I also enjoy working with Anger and Trauma.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

The power of talk therapy is extraoridinary. By sharing your life story, your experiences, and beliefs you learn about yourself. Knowing who you are, what you want (or not want), and accepting yourself is essential to a happy, satisfying life.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I have faced many obsticles in my way, and how I have dealt (ano sometimes not dealt) with them made me who I am today. Our past, our mistakes, our losses, our traumas are parts of us that will always stay within ourselves but they do not have to control and dictate future.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Every person is different and we all work in our own pace, that's why it is hard to say how many sessions you will need. However, I usually see clients between 14-24 sessions.
