Do you find it hard to be true to yourself? Do you want to feel more comfortable being yourself and pursuing your dreams?
It is more than possible to work through stuck patterns so you can engage with life, enjoy closer relationships, and feel solid in yourself.
Most of the people I work with have successful lives and many things to be grateful for. Even so, they feel like they're coasting, or being held back by sadness, stress or anxiety. Feelings of self-doubt disconnected from others leave them feeling drained and struggling to be fully themselves.
By working through these patterns in a conscious way in therapy you can regain a sense of aliveness, find clarity and develop a deep sense of who you are. You can also connect with knowing what you want and how to move toward it.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
One of the areas I specialize in is self-doubt, which can also show up as self-criticism and confidence issues. In order to fine-tune your inner compass it's important to know what's not working and develop tools to make choices that are supportive to your well-being. Gaining inner guidance you can trust and follow through on relieves self-doubt. Learning how to engage with self-criticism in a discerning and compassionate way puts a halt to attacks on self-esteem.
In addition to this I also welcome spirituality as a part of therapy. Maybe you have a clear spiritual connection, or maybe it is something you want to explore and deepen. I invite you to include your spiritual life in your therapy if this is an important part of who you are or something you're curious about, but it is only an option and not a necessary part of the work.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
This life is precious and we all deserve nothing less than to thrive. We forget this fact when we get stuck in difficult feelings or in the pressures and routines of life. It is all too common to feel like we're enduring life, just coping and getting by, instead of being awake to the time we have here. I love being a therapist because I get to support people in developing meaningful thriving lives.
