I am a Life Therapist who helps self-improving Baby Boomers lose weight, get unstuck, find purpose, and feel competent, by giving guidance that improves life balance, through Old Wisdom and New Age healing. Techniques include: brainspotting, traditional psychology, mindfulness techniques, and soul retrieval. In most instances, everything medical or psychological is specialized to a point where only one small part of an individual is looked at. What is missing is a holistic approach to total healing.

I specialize in helping you look at your whole picture. For example, are you fulfilling your life purpose, what does your diet look like, what is healthy exercise, how is stress affecting your life, and how can you be the best "YOU". It is my belief that happiness is a state of being and forgiveness is about understanding. This is called growth. As a young Boomer myself, I understand the dedication, obstinance, independence, and pioneering of our generation. It is my passion to help you feel happy and fulfilled as you embark on the second half of your life.

We live in a society that has become more about isolation and less about community. It is my mission to help you not only heal yourself, but feel part of the greater whole...whatever that means to you. I am a currently a private pay practice. My rate is $100 an hour.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

Making a decision to seek therapy can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming. You may be asking yourself what should I do next, how do I know I'll get a good therapist, what if I don't, and will I be judged for what I say? I would like you to know that all of these questions are normal and...counselors and therapists not only expect you to have questions, we welcome it. This being said, what are some important factors to think about?

*If insurance is a concern...don't hesitate to ask the clinic or therapist to run your insurance card so you know exactly what will be covered.

*Do you prefer a man or woman? It's really okay to specify what feels right for you.

*Trust your intuition (gut feeling). Through programming and life circumstances, many times we forget to trust our gut. We've all had experiences where maybe our gut told us not to do something and we do it anyway or vice versa. Read through profiles, look at websites, do a phone consultation, and look at therapist's pictures. Bring awareness to what "feels" right for you. Trust me, most of the time you'll be right on. I work with my clients to strengthen their gut response. Studies are showing that 2/3 of serotonin (a feel good hormone) is located in our gut where once it was believed to live only in our brain. Scientifically it makes sense.

*If you're not comfortable with a therapist or counselor it's not only okay but encouraged to find the right fit. Don't feel guilty. Take care of you.
