"My goal is to help others and encourage them to strive to be the best they can be. We all go through struggles and uncertain obstacles that knock us down. But, we all can get back up again to build our self esteem and strength to become the person we want to be. I believe that change is essential to reach our goals and get the blessings we deserve. It is ok to reach out for help and talk about whatever is causing that ache within you and develop that skill and technique to overcome the anxiety, panics, anger, and/or depressions we may feel. Therapy is for everyone that needs that extra support, empathetic ear, ability of that person to stay focused to guide you as long as you need to become empowered and then you will know the outcome is to be independent."

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

"Because of the situations I encounter as a daughter, mother, wife, and being my own person. Life is difficult and sometimes we feel no one understands and if they say they do, its what society says is the right thing to say. However, no one knows the pain or grief in loosing a parent, a child or self worth if they had not walk the walk. My own struggles made me a better Therapist because I do not take anything for granted, I am aware of individuals that do not want to start the process of seeking therapeutic help because of the taboo("that's for crazy people"). Sure therapy is uncomfortable but remember you will regain that self awareness and relief to continue to be "the best that you want to be."

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

"I am straight forward with my clients and I build a genuine rapport with my clients. I am open, confident, consistent, set ethical and appropriate boundaries. I provide the person-center support allowing my client to be the" foreman" of his or her experiences because my clients knows it best. I as the Therapist will assist and guide them through the obstacle, road blocks, anger, tears, and even staring all over again to obtain the goal to be reach for the promises of their tomorrows."
