I believe that relief and recovery are real options for everyone willing to do the work but it is what drives me. The privilege to accompany someone on their journey to wholeness is one I do not take for granted but appreciate daily. The core belief of my practice, 3d Psychotherapy, is that Deliberate (intentional) Determination turns Dreams into reality!

More Info About My Practice

Do you believe things can be better than they are today? What does hope mean for you? The concept of hope is an essential element of the recovery process. No matter the issue, if one does not hold hope that life can be better, the pain can be lessened and joy is an option then therapy cannot work. The good news is that hope is not a prerequisite, as a merchant of hope, I can hold that hope for you until you can hold it for yourself. Consistent application will result in hope restored!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am skilled at helping you find your voice to be your authentic self. The majority of the people I work with are lesbian, bi-sexual, non-binary and trans gendered. I work hard to create a safe space for self discovery by using gender neutral language. I provide support and resources for each stage of the transition process.

My Role as a Therapist

My role is to partner with you on your journey to wholeness and authenticity. My ideal client is self motivated to improve the quality of their life. I am not a drill sergeant but I can be directive in a supportive manner when necessary.
