More Info About My Practice

I'm currently accepting new clients! While I don't currently accept insurance, many of my clients successfully submit their therapy receipts back to insurance for partial reimbursement. You can request an appointment online through my webpage under, "Appointment Request."

To begin the process, please schedule an intake appointment for us to be better acquainted. Please complete the preliminary paperwork prior to arrival and bring it with you to the first session. Paperwork can be found at my webpage under the link, "Helpful Forms."

Research suggests, and I believe, that the connection between the therapist and client has the most powerful impact upon therapy's effectiveness. Frequency of therapy is determined by severity of issues, as well as, client's desired rate of progress.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

The purpose of therapy is to grow, see things in a different perspective, expand healthy coping skills, and overcome challenges!

I love everything bout being a therapist --it is my life work! I feel so honored that my clients confide in me with their struggles and successes. I love sowing seeds and watching my clients grow them.
