My priority is to help you conquer your anxiety and other mental health struggles so that you can live the life you want. I do this through the use of exposure and acceptance based techniques. Treatment is designed to help you approach, rather than avoid, the things that make you anxious. While this can seem quite intimidating and challenging at first, it gets easier over time, and is proven to be the most effective way to overcome anxiety.

This fundamental approach can also be used to help individuals with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, OCD, trauma, panic disorder, social confidence, low self-esteem, and grief and loss.

Regardless of what the specific emotion or thought may be, I help you to open up and talk about these issues, and more importantly, figure out ways to start taking action toward the things you care about most.
