More Info About My Practice

Call or email me with any questions or to set up an initial appointment. My practice is on a private pay basis. My fee is $150 per hour for consultation and therapy sessions. Fees are usually collected at time of service. Most health flex spending accounts are accepted. I also provide invoices for clients using out-of-network benefits.

My Role as a Therapist

I believe my role as a therapist is to be emotionally present and empathically attuned to my clients. I am there to listen with an open heart as well as an open mind--to share wisdom, hope and a sense of caring with my clients. I believe its my responsibility to help establish the therapeutic relationship as a secure base for clients to heal and grow. To quote psychologist Tara Brach, relational therapy is often about "undoing aloneness." I try to help enact this process by remaining curious and engaged with my clients' shared experiences. I feel most fulfilled as therapist when my clients have achieved success by their own lights, while I serve as a collaborator and guide.
