Danielle facilitates three skills and coping workshops:

Recovery Therapy Group
This is a therapeutic group that meets Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm where clients meet weekly and find support, learn coping skills, and share with others going through similar challenges with their substance use issues under the direction of a certified addiction professional. Topics include, but are not limited to: mindfulness, Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome, coping/life skills, victim mentality, relationships, and relapse prevention.

Anxiety/Depression/General Group
This is a group for adults, ages 18 and older who are facing mental health issues and strive to move their life forward and attain a level of personal happiness and fulfillment. The group will help address current and ongoing issues so that participants are better equipped to cope with them. The group meets every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Adolescent Group
This group is for teens who are experiencing anxiety, worry, and/or stress; teens who are struggling to cope with peers, social situations and expectations; or are unsure of how to handle the ups and downs of teen life.
