More Info About My Practice

A part of my practice has been to help couples come together to have the relationship they want and deserve. My experience has included helping couples work through everything from infidelity, communication challenges, disconnection to large life adjustments. I have also helped couples in all stages of their relationship including: pre-marital, marital and committed relationships. My practice welcomes all from the LGBT community as well!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My background has included assisting those that struggle with various addictions as well as the family and supports in their life. Addiction can be a struggle, therefore it is that much more important to have the support and care needed. It is also important for those that have a loved one struggling with addiction to get the support they need. We tend to forget about ourselves when we are caring for someone else, but we can't be any help if we don't have support for us too.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

A therapist is someone that is on your team with your best interests and goals in mind and heart. There is a professional perspective given along with nurturing and support. Family and friends can be a great support, but they often are at a loss of how to help which is where a professional with the experience needed can help.
