We will use an active style to try to understand the heart of the problem, and implement real-world strategies that move us to the heart of change. In this way, we avoid the pitfall of forever talking about a problem without feeling any differently about it, as well as the pitfall of moving quickly in one direction or another without having a map.

My job is to ask to ask lots of questions, create an atmosphere where you feel really safe talking about anything, help to "connect the dots", explore with you what changes would benefit you most and help you discover how to realize them. Your job is to be the expert on you - how you think (in pictures? in words?) how you operate (logic-based, emotion-based, a mixture or other?) and how you feel. Together, we'll discover what moves you towards growth.
