More Info About My Practice

My passion is helping women get on their feet after breakup or divorce, empowering teen girls, and helping couples rekindle passion when going through difficulties in relationships. I also enjoy working with immigrant families. I have knowledge of different cultures and their issues when they move to the United States.
I serve Agoura Hills and nearby areas, such as Calabasas, Malibu, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, etc. Please give me a call, and we can determine if this would work for you.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Unlike your family and friends, a skilled therapist is able to be present for you without personal agenda. A good therapist is trained to ask the right questions to help you explore how your thinking affects you now and figure out where you want to be in life.
Working with me can help you create new meaning of your past experience that will empower you to have clear goal and intent that can lead to taking responsibility for your life and encourage you to be proactive. I work the best with people who are ready for change even if they don't know what they want at the moment.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I understand how difficult it must be to seek help when you need it, but I encourage you to give me a call. I'm easy to talk to, and if I'm not the right fit for you, I will do my best to find you a good therapist that will serve you well. The first contact is the most difficult, but I assure you, it gets easier right after that, if your therapist is the right fit for you.
