More Info About My Practice

Located in Plano, Texas, my practice is focused on helping parents, children and teens work on developing goals and positive outcomes in a safe, caring, and comfortable environment. Building rapport with families is so important to me, because I want to make sure children and their parents feel comfortable and safe sharing their feelings and experiences during the counseling process.

Parents and children may feel nervous about going to counseling, but it doesn't have to be a scary experience. Counseling is a helpful and productive process that produces positive growth and outcomes. I have seen how counseling can help families improve their communication and build healthy and positive relationships. Having a safe place to go to, and a caring and compassionate therapist to talk to will make going to counseling much easier and less scary. Together we can meet goals and make change!
