As a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, I truly enjoy my work. An important aspect of therapy is making a connection. Using empathy, acceptance, and real concern, we can work toward change in your life.
I have written books and trained for years, but my practice is also informed by the ups and downs of my own life. During these experiences I have learned to see the world from ?the other side of the coach.? You may be wondering if I really care, if I really want to help you.
I do. What matters is where you are in your life, not where the therapist is. We start here, so the journey can begin. By working together, we can make this experience the most successful and life-changing of your life. You can become free! The real you!
