Allow me the opportunity to work with you to explore and address personal, relational and family concerns that are causing you distress. My intention is to offer you a confidential, engaging, genuine, collaborative, restorative and interactive therapy experience. My therapy approach encompasses acceptance, open-mindedness and authenticity.
My theoretical approach to therapy is eclectic and strengths-based. Our ultimate goals in therapy are to work together to improve relational skills, increase self-awareness, improve coping skills and practice self-care. Life is an adventure! You are unique and are continuously evolving. Sometimes it doesn't seem apparent but every second, minute, hour, day, month and year can be the beginning of a new chapter of your story.
I hope to help you to achieve your unique personal goals by empowering you to create healthy boundaries, improve communication skills and address significant issues in your life that are hindering a healthy and meaningful existence.
My personal, educational and employment experiences (therapy, recruiting, business development and pharmaceutical sales-neuroscience specialty) have afforded me the opportunity to be able to provide therapy services in private practice. It is my pleasure to collaborate with people in a professional therapy setting and offer a valuable service that has the potential to improve the lives of others.
I look forward to getting to know you!

My Guiding Ethical Principles
I conduct my private practice under the values of honesty, patience, kindness and respect. I have found that creativity and humor has been helpful and healing for a variety of my current and previous clients. Therapy can at times feel scary or anxiety-provoking. It takes time and effort but it can also be rewarding and enjoyable. By addressing and resolving emotional issues, we evolve and have the potential to become centered, healthy and content.
Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance
The client-therapist alliance is crucial for providing safe and effective therapy. We will discuss my work, your work and the work we will accomplish together. I will check-in with you in a timely manner to re-evaluate therapy goals, if necessary and to determine if therapy is beneficial for you.
