My counseling work focuses on individuals who are interested in furthering their personal growth and development as responsible adults. The foundation of the work is honesty, self-reflection, and a desire to make life-enhancing changes in behaviors and attitudes. I listen deeply, and then collaborate with the authentic you that is natural and unique. I practice dream work, sand play therapy, and somatic and mindfulness therapies. I am also trained in Lifespan Integration. Traumas which may have blocked your growth will naturally arise and we will work with them as they arise. My education and training is in Jungian Analytical Psychology, which emphasizes creativity in your healing and growth.

More Info About My Practice

I am a preferred provider with the following insurance companies: Regence Blue Cross, Premera First Choice Health, and Cigna. I bill Group Health and other insurance companies as an out of network provider. I accept cash, check, or credit card as payment.

My Therapy Focus

The focus of my work is to listen deeply to both the words you speak in a session, and, more importantly, to the deep symbolic meanings of dreams and words and images you bring to your therapy. The symbolic work addresses your (often unknown to you) deepest desires to align with the growth of your most authentic self.
