People often come into therapy feeling disconnected, lost, or stuck in one or more areas-- including relationships, careers, or within themselves. I am here to support you in the process of regaining a sense of purpose and finding connection and fulfillment in your everyday life. I have special expertise in treating depression, anxiety, grief & loss, spiritual crisis, low self-esteem, and eating disorders. I have extensive experience working with young adults in their 20s and 30s who are transitioning to a different stage of life.

I provide a non-judgmental, supportive space where there is room to explore and work through what has brought you into therapy. I come from a mindfulness-based, holistic perspective, and incorporate relational and psychodynamic therapies. Treatment will combine evidence-based practice with compassion, humor, and respect in a down-to-earth approach.

My experiences teaching yoga and meditation also inform the basis of my approach in an important way. I work with people to better understand and heal their relationships, whether that be with other individuals, food/eating, the body, or the self.
Together we will work to build awareness and self-compassion, correct maladaptive thinking patterns, improve self-esteem, and help you grow into a more fully realized version of yourself.
