I offer insightful, caring, and professional help to navigate the challenges of life transitions, loss, and grief. Whether you're struggling with acute grief due to a recent loss, or suffering the cumulative effects of losses from the past, your experiences offer powerful opportunities for change and growth.
It would be my privilege to help you identify and gently release your obstacles to a life that is authentic, centered, and satisfying. I have more than 25 years of experience working with organizations and individuals during times of transition. I use a compassionate, collaborative, and holistic approach. Many of the everyday events of life, such as the death of a loved one, changes in your career or job, aging, health problems, relationship issues, and midlife changes, can lead to feelings of sadness, confusion, stress, emptiness, and disillusionment. I offer caring help from an unbiased perspective.
