I have supported families, parents, and couples to cope with domestic violence, grief, divorce, and developmental challenges for years. Communication and conflict resolution skills are vital in these relationships. I have coordinated with schools to support behavior modifications for adolescents and children, enabling them to improve academic performance and address behavioral concerns.
I use DBT work to support adolescents and adults who experience issues such as self-harm, chronic suicidal feelings, fear of rejection and abandonment, substance abuse, legal concerns, and other problematic thoughts and feelings.
