Therapy is part of the pursuit of health, wellness and quality of life. It leverages our natural human tendencies toward growth, meaning-making and support-seeking during stressful times.

My practice is dedicated to the well-being of women and children. I provide counseling for women, therapy for children and adolescents ages 5-18 and parent consultation.

An atmosphere of kindness, respect and openness best sets the stage for counseling. I aim to offer this to each person I work with.

Contact me today to schedule an introductory phone call or an appointment. I look forward to hearing about you.
