Do you feel misunderstood? Are you out of ideas on how to change your life and/or relationship? Do you feel alone and out of control? I have been in some of those same places and want to help you save yourself. You have the right to have peace and happiness and I would love the chance to help you set goals that will get your needs met.
I believe that you have the power to heal and re-write your story. I will use a variety of methods to help you and will set the pace of therapy based on you. You will be offered a non-judgmental, open - minded environment in which healing can occur. Some of us have been dealt a "bad deck" and haven't been given the tools to change. I believe that you can change this if you have the right guidance and a strong desire to change.
No matter who you are, where you've been, or what you've done, you can decide what you want! I look forward to the chance to serve you.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
Before I became a counselor, I had many negative experiences with counselors. I often felt judged and treated as a child. I became a counselor because I love to help people and wanted to provide a place free of judgement in which people could change at their own pace. I will regularly get feedback from you and try to let you help me be what you need in a counselor instead of what I think you need. I am looking forward to the chance to meet you!
