My Approach to Helping

Our goal when we created Refresh Therapy was to create a place where you can tell your story. Everyone has a story. We can't wait to hear yours. Counseling encourages you to examine your dreams, thoughts, choices, barriers, and pain to nurture positive life changes. We believe that success in therapy requires collaboration with your therapist, and that the right fit is vital to success. Refresh Therapy consists of several dynamic therapists who are ready to join you in your efforts to push past whatever is holding you back.

We believe that life is full of potential. We want to help you uncover the best life you can live. We believe in a strength-based approach. We also know that you do not live in a bubble, and that systems such as your family friends, career, relationships, past, and other experiences make you the unique person you are. We know how important it is to understand who you are in context, so we can customize your counseling experience and better understand your feelings.

Bryanna Goodman founded Refresh Therapy in 2010.
