I specialize in helping individuals and couples to finally get the peace of mind and understanding they may so desperately need. I have been there myself and I understand the pain, uncertainty, and the resistance to seeking help. This understanding and experience makes my practice especially unique. For example, you don't have to worry about being analyzed or labeled. Instead, you can feel confident knowing that I'm on the same page, simply speaking from the heart. My approach can bring out the best in you or your relationship, much like a miner brings out gems long-hidden within a mountain. I also help people with managing anger, stress, depression, career concerns, as well as issues of failure and success.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What inspires me in my work is knowing that I can not only influence and improve people's mental health, but that I can inspire change in their attitudes, characteristics, and all aspects of their lives. Yet, I too am human. I have sorrows and challenges like everyone else. As I integrate my experiences into my academic training, I continually become inspired as I see my skills continue to reach new levels. As a result, my ability to empower and guide others further amazes me! This process of experiencing, learning, and sharing, like inhaling and exhaling, brings me greater life!

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I can certainly relate! How do you decide it's time and how do you choose the 'right' person? We all have opposing feelings about something and feeling stuck is the worst! I understand the factors that make us reluctant to reach out, therefore I am especially conscious of addressing your concerns, honoring your time, and doing my best to ensure that your hard-earned money becomes a fantastic investment for your life- one of the best decisions for your success and peace of mind!
