In working with clients I take a primarily strength based approach. My goal is to help people focus on building their resilience through learning about their own strengths, and how to use them to achieve their goals, whether it be in individual, couples, or family therapy. In addition, I use a number of tools and techniques to revisit and reprocess past experiences that are keeping people from their goals.
