I have more than 30 years experience helping people deal with getting past the parts of their lives that leave them feeling stuck or unhappy. My practice relies on collaboration, which means that we create a safe place in which we can explore growth together. I believe that this work is a journey, and that I am privileged to be your guide and your witness as you move to make the changes that you wish for.
I treat all of my clients with enormous respect and compassion. As a client you will be the expert on what you need from therapy. As a careful listener I can begin to guide you towards healing and resolution, and will do so at the pace that you set.
