Are you feeling lonely, misunderstood, maybe ashamed over something? Let's work together! My approach is to give you unconditional and positive regard by being a good listener and coming from a calm, accepting and supportive place. I am inviting you to talk about anything. Sometimes we live in the dark with dark secrets maybe things that we are ashamed of. Let's bring the darkness or secret up to the light. We all have that wisdom inside that tells us when something does not feel right. It's important to explore that feeling. We can all heal. Sometimes a wound from the past can superimpose itself in the present, and hinder us from living feeling free and good about ourselves. Let's look at that. Sometimes we are in a relationship with a partner that is difficult, or we may have a strenuous relationship with our child. I am inviting you to talk about the situation that does not feel right. Sometimes we need help to find tools to make a situation better. We can work on that. I can help you become the witness to yourself, to help you get to know yourself better and to recognize how you feel about yourself interacting in the world with people and situations. I work with Mindfulness Therapy, to help you become aware of your experience in the present moment.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
It can be very helpful to have someone to talk to who gives you support to work things out. It can be confusing when well meaning friends want to help because they care about you, but may have a hard time taking a neutral stance. It's probably better to seek help from a professional and someone who is not "in" your life. The therapist can offer you support and help you with coping skills. Therapy can aid you to gain insight, and a way to better understand yourself, your goals and values.
My role as a therapist is to help you understand what you really yearn for. How do you feel about your life? What kind of change would you like to make? What is working and what is not. How do you feel about yourself and why do you feel that way. I am not the expert of someone else's life, but I can aid you to seek your own truth. We can work together as a team. I tailor my work to your needs
