I have fifteen years of experience as a social worker and have worked with diverse populations in many different settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, schools and hospitals. I provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy and parent coaching to children, teens and adults. My office is conveniently located in Scottsdale, Arizona near the McDowell Mountain and DC Ranch communities. Please check out my website for more information. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and young adults. I have experience working with children with behavioral and emotional issues and my treatment with children includes a strong partnership and collaboration with parents and interaction with the child's school including attending IEP meetings if needed. I also have experience and training in adoptions and am well aware of the specific potential issues that can surface before, during and after this process. Additionally, I am skilled at treating people with symptoms related to PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, abuse, anxiety, depression, women's issues/post-partum depression, infertility, chronic illness/disability adjustment, and school/work adjustment issues.

I feel very honored to have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families, especially during what is oftentimes more trying times in their lives. I chose this profession because my passion is helping others and honestly there is no greater joy than seeing my clients find happiness and achieve their goals.
