More Info About My Practice

I feel passionately about helping you to become the best person you can be. I believe that everyone is entitled to happiness and well-being. It is my job to help you, or your loved ones, to remove what stands in the way of achieving that happiness and well-being. I will work collaboratively with you to develop the right treatment to support the changes you want to make in a supportive and empathic environment.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I hit rock bottom 9 years ago and through treatment, therapy, mindfulness, and meditation practices I turned my life completely around. I know how low life can get and I am committed to helping others find their way in life! Life is a work in progress and I am here to help you make the changes you want to make in your life.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

In my humble opinion, I believe therapy actually makes you a stronger person. I believe taking the steps to improve ones self is one of the strongest most powerful things a human being can do. Working to be a better version of yourself is truly an act of bravery and self care!
