Looking for advice? Or do you just need someone to listen? Perhaps you need a combination of both. I tailor my services to fit your individual needs, offering counseling that combines compassion, common sense, and clinical expertise. I provide guidance to help you work through thoughts and feelings so that you can be less stressed, happier, and more at peace. I can also act as a sounding board to help you figure out how best to approach situations and relationships.
Clients often say one of their favorite things about coming to see me is how I incorporate Christian values and principles. I use positive psychology, which includes focusing on things like hope, joy, passion, and forgiveness. For those who desire it, I integrate traditional therapy approaches with spirituality and wisdom from the Bible. That said, I see clients from all faith backgrounds. Regardless of religion, I offer a grace-filled environment with the goal of helping you love yourself and others better.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
Find someone that you click with. You are making an investment in yourself. While it is important for services to be affordable, cost should not be the determining factor when deciding who to share the most intimate details of your life with. Find someone you feel comfortable being completely honest with, someone who understands you and knows how to help.
- Individual Therapy & Counseling
Although I see clients from all walks of life, I specialize in working with military veterans and their families. I provide assistance with pre-deployment preparation, coping with separation and loss, combat trauma, and adjusting to civilian life and/or life after combat. As an expression of gratitude to those who have served our country, military veterans and TRICARE beneficiaries receive a 20% discount on all services. In addition, I partner with an organization that is often able to cover most (if not all) of the cost of therapy for Iraq and Afghanistan veterans and their families.
