I will listen with non- judgment and compassion, and work together with you to identify strengths and strategies that can be used to lead a more joyful life. I work with adolescent and adult individuals, as well as couples and families, with a focus on conflict in relationships, issues of anxiety and depression, trust and attachment issues, parenting challenges, and trauma.
