Being trained in a depth psychological approach I work well with individuals seeking meaning and understanding about the issues that have brought them into therapy. Each person has a unique story and sometimes the unfolding of this story can be painful. We can work through this together at a pace comfortable for you. Engaging in psychotherapy is an invaluable gift and the outcome is largely based on your therapist's experience, orientation, and perhaps most importantly, the relationship between you and your therapist. I have worked with clients who have experienced struggles in anxiety, abuse, depression, addiction, trauma, LGBT issues, self-harm, weight, and grief. Call me and I will gladly answer any questions or concerns you have about this process.

More Info About My Practice

I am a doctoral candidate completing a PhD in Depth Psychotherapy. Prior to this I worked in the corporate oil and gas sector for 15+ years. Coming from a corporate background I understand the stresses placed upon us to "perform".

What Makes up a Problem?

Nature vs. Nurture. How much of our anguish is a product of nature (genetic) and how much is nurture (life-experience)? This is a tough question to answer and varies from one individual to the next. Psychotherapy can help an individual safely sift through these types of difficult questions finding answers that help promote self understanding and remove the stigma that, "something is wrong with me".
