Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

Whether you are seeking a therapist willingly or unwillingly, everyone has the right to CHOOSE their therapist. The most important piece of advice I can offer is to interview your potential therapist! The therapist is applying for a job to guide and coach you in a better direction for your life. The therapist will respect you for interviewing her about her education, credentials, professional experience, and any other questions you have to help you hire the right therapist.

What Makes up a Problem?

Many people have different ideas about what constitutes a problem and/or when should someone seek help to deal with problems. If someone is dealing with something in their life that is impairing their ability or motivation to live life the way they have in the past and/or how they want to live life - that is a problem. It takes courage and strength to ask for help with our problems. Take that first step by contacting me to help you live the life you desire.

Sometimes people want to build on their strengths and work on changing their needs into strengths. We focus on coaching you to pursue the life and/or relationships you want with our input and direction.
