On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Many people are nervous, hesitant, uncertain, or embarrassed about making the decision to seek professional mental health care. For some, even after deciding to obtain treatment, they may be uncomfortable with the idea of discussing sensitive issues with a therapist. If this is how you feel, please rest assured that these emotions are completely normal. As a professional mental health provider, I will treat you with the compassion, respect and dignity you deserve, while doing everything I can to provide relief for your presenting concerns. I am privileged to have the opportunity to help you meet your unique needs, experience healing, and increase your happiness. Therapy is a powerful tool that will help you make lasting positive changes. Let us begin working together, today.
