I am passionate about helping people uncover their unique strengths, overcoming personal and relational struggles, and achieving deeper connection with their loved ones. The most exciting thing to witness is when people achieve, overcome, and exceed their own expectations of what they thought possible for their life and relationships. Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

There are times in our lives we may not be feeling as strong, experience certain life struggles, and deal with challenges in our relationships that weaken our spirits. Seeking therapy is a proactive solution to getting the support you need for yourself and in your relationships. Acknowledging you may be stuck, feeling helpless, or simply want clarity in your life indicates you are ready to start discussing changes you may want to make in your life to work towards feeling more fulfilled, connected, and hopeful.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Duration and frequency of therapy will be determined at the beginning of therapy once we establish your current struggles, needs, and goals for therapy. Individual sessions are often 50 minutes and couples sessions 50-80 minutes. Session length may be determined by insurance coverage. Generally, we will meet on a weekly basis. As you are meeting goals we will spread out sessions and determine your graduation completion date.
