I've served my clients for more than 15 years, and I embrace a solution-oriented approach to therapy. I encourage my clients to implement behavioral changes. I use cognitive strategies to quickly start the healing process and help my clients more effectively deal with the challenges they confront.

I treat a range of issues, including pain, stress, relationship conflicts, insomnia, bipolar, depression, and grief. I hold a doctorate from the University of Florida, completed an internship at the University of North Carolina, and completed a behavioral medicine post-doctoral fellowship at Duke University.
