I believe in creating a safe space for clients to explore both their strengths and the areas of their lives that they wish to improve . I meet clients where they are at and move at a pace that is both comfortable and productive. Together we find techniques that work best for each person, incorporating a variety of theoretical approaches and exercises. I am a strong proponent of empowering clients through psychoeducation and by connecting them with the resources that will allow them to be confident and self-aware while working towards changes that will improve the quality of their lives.

More Info About My Practice

I have a background as a teacher, counselor and doula. I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and from Miami University with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and DONA trained Doula. Over the past several years, I have worked to combine my passion for doula-related work with my counseling practice.
